Clean Energy Provides First Containerized LNG Shipment to Hawaii
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (April 10, 2014) — Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE) today announced that it has supplied Hawaii Gas with the first shipment of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in Hawaii state history. Hawaii Gas recently received approval from the Hawaii Public Utility Commission to land containerized LNG for use as a back-up fuel source for its Oahu synthetic natural gas plant. Clean Energy’s initial delivery totaled approximately 7,100 LNG gallons.

Clean Energy Fuels Opens Newest Public CNG Station at JFK International Airport
New York (April 3, 2014) – Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE), today announced fueling has begun at its newest CNG public access station, which is located at JFK International Airport within the newly-opened JFK multi-fuel travel plaza, the only travel plaza in New York City available to motorists. Clean Energy will be fueling many types of fleets including refuse trucks, heavy and medium duty trucks, cement trucks, as well as shuttles and taxis that directly serve JFK travelers.

Clean Energy Opens Two America’s Natural Gas Highway Stations; Signs Multiple Fueling Agreements and Commences Sales of Redeem at New Facility
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (April 1, 2014) — Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE) today announced fueling has begun at its Amarillo, Texas, and Oklahoma City, Okla., America’s Natural Gas Highway stations to serve UPS’ growing heavy-duty LNG truck fleet. Additional truck fueling agreements were also announced for fleets fueling across Clean Energy’s nationwide network from Los Angeles, Calif., to Jacksonville, Fla. Clean Energy and its customers were also awarded grant funds by the state of Pennsylvania for LCNG infrastructure development and heavy-duty natural gas vehicle conversions. Clean Energy also began production and sales of its Redeem biomethane fuel at its Memphis, Tenn., production facility.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (March 5, 2014) — Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE) today announced fueling has begun at its Valdosta, Ga., and London, Ohio, America’s Natural Gas Highway stations to serve Raven Transport and Epes’ fleets of heavy-duty liquefied natural gas (LNG) trucks. An agreement with PECO, the largest electric and natural gas utility in Pennsylvania, has also been entered whereby Clean Energy will operate PECO’s CNG stations throughout the greater-Philadelphia area. Select fueling agreements were also announced in the transit sector which build on Clean Energy’s portfolio of natural gas fuel customers across the country.

Clean Energy’s IMW and Russian Machines Sign Exclusive Distribution and Customer Care Agreements
CHILLIWACK, British Columbia (February, 6, 2014) — IMW Industries, Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clean Energy Fuels Corp., (NASDAQ: CLNE) today announced an exclusive distribution and customer care agreement with Russian Machines Corporation (RM), part of the Basic Element Group.  Under the agreement, RM is named the exclusive distributor of IMW compressors, compressed natural gas (CNG) filling solutions, parts, and sole provider of maintenance and service within the Russian Federation.  The agreement supports the May 2013 Russian decree 767-p to convert 50 percent of public transit and other vehicles to natural gas fuel by 2020 in cities with a population over one million.

MIAMI, Fla. (February 3, 2014) — MCM, Munilla Construction Management LLC and Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE), today announced that the two companies are joining forces to bring the benefits of compressed natural gas fueling to Miami-Dade County and South Florida. Smithtown, New York, Renews Natural Gas Contract with Clean Energy for Seven More Years
In 2006, Smithtown became the first community on the East Coast to require all residential refuse and recycling contractors to use natural gas powered trucks. As a result, four private collection contractors operating on behalf of Smithtown and the Town’s own municipal vehicle fleet began fueling with Clean Energy.

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Plans to Convert Entire Bus Fleet to CNG and Signs Multi-year Agreement with Clean Energy to Maintain DART’s Four CNG Fueling Stations
DART plans to deploy 580 compressed natural gas vehicles to support its transportation service for the greater-Dallas-area. Once fully deployed, these vehicles are forecasted to use approximately seven million gasoline-gallon-equivalents (GGEs) per year.
