Report Highlights Doubling of Natural Gas Fuel Sales in Texas in FY 2014
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIF. – August 19, 2014–Clean Energy Fuels Corp., (NASDAQ: CLNE), a key contributor to the natural gas vehicle fuel growth in Texas, noted today's Railroad Commission of Texas report that CNG and LNG sales in Texas through July 31, 2014 were 220 percent of the fiscal year 2014 estimate. An estimated 14,521,326 gallon-equivalents of natural gas have been sold through this period, compared to the forecasted 6.6 million gallon-equivalents.

Clean Energy Completes and Opens 27 Stations Year-to-date; Signs Multiple Additional Fueling and Station Development Agreements
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIF. – August 5, 2014–Clean Energy Fuels Corp., (NASDAQ: CLNE) today announced the completion and opening of 27 natural gas fueling stations in the first half of the year, nine of which are truck-friendly America’s Natural Gas Highway stations. Upgraded equipment and additional compression capacity have also been added to 10 existing stations to keep pace with growing natural gas fuel demand. Additional fueling and station development agreements representative of Clean Energy’s growing portfolio of natural gas fueling customers were also announced.

Clean Energy Opens “Gateway to the West” for Seaboard Heavy-duty CNG Truck Fleet; Opens First-of-its-Kind CNG Station with NG Advantage in Pembroke, N.H.
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIF. – July 16, 2014–Clean Energy Fuels Corp., (NASDAQ: CLNE) today opened its Albuquerque, N.M., and Winslow, Ariz., America’s Natural Gas Highway stations to fuel additional heavy-duty CNG trucks deployed by Seaboard Transport. Clean Energy also opened the first-of-its-kind natural gas fueling station with NG Advantage, L.L.C., to serve manufacturing facilities and other large, energy-intensive customers who do not have access to the region’s natural gas pipeline.

Clean Energy to Double CNG Capacity for Saddle Creek Heavy-duty Truck Station and Opens Two More America’s Natural Gas Highway Stations
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (July 10, 2014) — Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE) today announced plans to double the CNG station capacity at Saddle Creek Transportation’s natural gas station in Lakeland, Fla., where an additional 25 heavy-duty natural gas trucks are expected to fuel. Additional fueling agreements recently signed have resulted in the construction of new natural gas stations to support Clean Energy’s growing portfolio of natural gas fuel customers in the heavy-duty trucking, ready-mix and transit market segments.

Clean Energy Opens Interstate 10 Highway between Los Angeles and Houston to LNG Fueling; Signs Multiple Fueling and Construction Agreements
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (June 17, 2014) — Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE) today announced its El Paso, Texas, America’s Natural Gas Highway station has opened. This enables heavy-duty LNG truck fueling along the transcontinental Interstate 10 highway between Los Angeles, Calif., and Houston, Texas. Additional natural gas stations have opened or are under construction to support Clean Energy’s growing portfolio of natural gas fuel customers in the heavy-duty trucking, refuse and ready-mix market segments.

Clean Energy Signs Multiple Fueling and Station Construction Agreements for Heavy-duty Trucking, Transit and Refuse Fleets

Clean Energy Opens Latest Florida Compressed Natural Gas Station For Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIF. – April 24, 2014–Clean Energy Fuels Corp., (NASDAQ: CLNE) today announced the grand opening of the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) compressed natural gas (CNG) station to serve the first transit agency in Florida expected to transition its entire fleet to cleaner-burning natural gas.

Clean Energy Provides First Containerized LNG Shipment to Hawaii
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (April 10, 2014) — Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE) today announced that it has supplied Hawaii Gas with the first shipment of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in Hawaii state history. Hawaii Gas recently received approval from the Hawaii Public Utility Commission to land containerized LNG for use as a back-up fuel source for its Oahu synthetic natural gas plant. Clean Energy’s initial delivery totaled approximately 7,100 LNG gallons.

Clean Energy Fuels Opens Newest Public CNG Station at JFK International Airport
New York (April 3, 2014) – Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE), today announced fueling has begun at its newest CNG public access station, which is located at JFK International Airport within the newly-opened JFK multi-fuel travel plaza, the only travel plaza in New York City available to motorists. Clean Energy will be fueling many types of fleets including refuse trucks, heavy and medium duty trucks, cement trucks, as well as shuttles and taxis that directly serve JFK travelers.

Clean Energy Opens Two America’s Natural Gas Highway Stations; Signs Multiple Fueling Agreements and Commences Sales of Redeem at New Facility
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (April 1, 2014) — Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE) today announced fueling has begun at its Amarillo, Texas, and Oklahoma City, Okla., America’s Natural Gas Highway stations to serve UPS’ growing heavy-duty LNG truck fleet. Additional truck fueling agreements were also announced for fleets fueling across Clean Energy’s nationwide network from Los Angeles, Calif., to Jacksonville, Fla. Clean Energy and its customers were also awarded grant funds by the state of Pennsylvania for LCNG infrastructure development and heavy-duty natural gas vehicle conversions. Clean Energy also began production and sales of its Redeem biomethane fuel at its Memphis, Tenn., production facility.

Clean Energy Opens Two America’s Natural Gas Highway Stations, Expands CNG Network and Signs Multiple Fueling Agreements
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (March 5, 2014) — Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE) today announced fueling has begun at its Valdosta, Ga., and London, Ohio, America’s Natural Gas Highway stations to serve Raven Transport and Epes’ fleets of heavy-duty liquefied natural gas (LNG) trucks. An agreement with PECO, the largest electric and natural gas utility in Pennsylvania, has also been entered whereby Clean Energy will operate PECO’s CNG stations throughout the greater-Philadelphia area. Select fueling agreements were also announced in the transit sector which build on Clean Energy’s portfolio of natural gas fuel customers across the country.

Clean Energy’s IMW and Russian Machines Sign Exclusive Distribution and Customer Care Agreements
CHILLIWACK, British Columbia (February, 6, 2014) — IMW Industries, Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clean Energy Fuels Corp., (NASDAQ: CLNE) today announced an exclusive distribution and customer care agreement with Russian Machines Corporation (RM), part of the Basic Element Group.  Under the agreement, RM is named the exclusive distributor of IMW compressors, compressed natural gas (CNG) filling solutions, parts, and sole provider of maintenance and service within the Russian Federation.  The agreement supports the May 2013 Russian decree 767-p to convert 50 percent of public transit and other vehicles to natural gas fuel by 2020 in cities with a population over one million.

MCM CONSTRUCTION AND CLEAN ENERGY TEAM TO BRING CNG TO MIAMI-DADE COUNTY
MIAMI, Fla. (February 3, 2014) — MCM, Munilla Construction Management LLC and Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE), today announced that the two companies are joining forces to bring the benefits of compressed natural gas fueling to Miami-Dade County and South Florida. The collaboration, which combines a Miami-based builder known for quality and safety in the construction of large-scale infrastructure projects with the country’s largest provider of natural gas as a transportation fuel, will be responding to the Miami-Dade County Request for Qualifications for Compressed Natural Gas Fuel Savings Pool expected to be released shortly. CLEAN ENERGY NAMES STEPHEN SCULLY TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (January 31, 2014) – Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE) announced today that Stephen Scully has been appointed to its board of directors. The election of Mr. Scully as an independent member on January 30 is effective immediately and expands the board to nine members.

Smithtown, New York, Renews Natural Gas Contract with Clean Energy for Seven More Years
In 2006, Smithtown became the first community on the East Coast to require all residential refuse and recycling contractors to use natural gas powered trucks. As a result, four private collection contractors operating on behalf of Smithtown and the Town’s own municipal vehicle fleet began fueling with Clean Energy.

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Plans to Convert Entire Bus Fleet to CNG and Signs Multi-year Agreement with Clean Energy to Maintain DART’s Four CNG Fueling Stations
DART plans to deploy 580 compressed natural gas vehicles to support its transportation service for the greater-Dallas-area. Once fully deployed, these vehicles are forecasted to use approximately seven million gasoline-gallon-equivalents (GGEs) per year.
