More than 142,000 natural gas vehicles help move America’s goods, transport schoolchildren, haul garbage and keep our cities running.  According to NGVAmerica this number is on the rise as more communities and fleets take advantage of cleaner and more cost-effective natural gas fuel.

Along with this rise, a need has grown for fleets to modify their vehicle maintenance and storage facilities to accommodate natural gas vehicles.  In 2013 Clean Energy created a dedicated in-house team of engineers, designers and consultants to help customers accomplish this task.

Clean Energy has helped customers across the United States protect their natural gas vehicles and team members by bring their facilities into code-compliance for NGVs.  To make these facility modifications even more manageable, Clean Energy introduced NGV Easy Bay™ at APTA Expo 2014.  This patent-pending solution is the lowest-cost code-compliant vapor barrier system for natural gas vehicle maintenance and storage facilities.
