Seal Beach, CA (June 7, 2012) – Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE), North America’s leading provider of natural gas fuel for transportation, announced today that Gary Foster has joined Clean Energy as Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications.

Mr. Foster comes to Clean Energy from the Walt Disney Company where he was Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications for Disney Consumer Products. Prior to joining Disney, Mr. Foster spent more than 18 years in various industries, federal and state government agencies, and political campaigns. He held senior communications positions with Anitgenics Inc. in New York and Enron in Houston. Earlier in his career, he served in multiple capacities in President George H.W. Bush’s Administration, including assistant to the President and deputy press secretary, Department of Commerce public affairs director, and director of communications for the 1990 Economic Summit of Industrialized Nations. For five years, he worked as director of press advance for President Ronald Reagan. He began his career as a regional campaign manager in Texas state political races, and holds a B.A. degree in communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
